Welcome to Bella Beach House! Our lovely 3 story Mediterranean style villa is located just a short walk to a sandy path over the dunes to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Or a short stroll will bring you to the beach access walkover. Bella Beach house has been recently redone with all new furnishing in a comfortable beach style. In the back yard you will find a refreshing swimming pool, cabana and fenced yard for your children and pets.The 3rd level balcony offers views of the ocean where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. From the king sized bed in the master bedroom there are sweeping ocean views. There is also a 42′ flat screen HDTV. The master bath has tiled shower and a bidet. Both guest rooms on the 3rd level have queen sized beds and views of the Inter coastal. The 2nd guest room also has a set of bunk beds with a trundle bed. The spacious guest bath features a whirlpool tub/shower combo.

On the main living level, the butcher block island in the kitchen contains a prep sink and plenty of counter space that can accommodate more than 1 Chef! The large dining table can seat 10 comfortably. On this floor there is also a 1/2 bath. The family room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. For entertainment there is a 55′ flat screen HDTV and a game table for cards and games.

On the ground level of Bella Beach House, there is a guest suite complete with a queen sized bed, private bath with shower. This private suite is also equipped with a kitchenette.

Within walking distance there are several restaurants and a general market where you will find basic groceries and supplies.
