Marineland Dolphin Adventure, the world’s first oceanarium, invites you to join us in creating lasting memories at our 1.3 million-gallon series of dolphin habitats. Choose from a variety of interactive programs, which range from those for land-loving guests to enjoy dolphins up-close, to those that offer the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dolphins’ aquatic world as you swim with our gentle residents.
Dolphin Encounters

Touch & Feed
Get up-close and personal with one of our resident dolphins in this exhilarating encounter. Our Touch & Feed program offers the opportunity to meet, greet and feed one of our amazing bottlenose dolphins. During your encounter, you may get wet, so we strongly recommend wearing suitable attire. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Due to demand, spaces may not be available on a walk-up basis.
All jewelry MUST be removed prior to participation. No exceptions. Surgical or permanent jewelry will not be allowed.
All participants will be photographed during their interaction by our professional staff photographers. Guests may not bring personal cameras into dolphin program areas.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your program’s scheduled start time to allow time to check in. Failure to do so could result in exclusion from the program with no refund or exchange.
Special Needs: For everyone’s safety and comfort, please advise us if there are any emotional, behavioral, or physical conditions that could affect a guest’s participation so we may make appropriate accommodations. Fins & Freedom Tours
Set sail with Schooner Freedom Charters for a one-of-a-kind sailing experience! Come on board, help raise sails, and then kick back and relax while you learn fascinating new facts about dolphins from Marineland Dolphin Adventure’s very own educators and trainers. It’s very common to see dolphins in the wild during these tours, so come prepared to ask plenty of questions!
Complimentary soda, water, beer and wine are provided on board the boat. Passengers may bring snacks or a picnic. Your Fins and Freedom ticket includes admission to Marineland Dolphin Adventure.

Your Marineland General Admission tickets may be redeemed any time after the tour. These tickets do not expire.
Our tours take place outside, so we highly recommend weather-appropriate gear such as sunscreen, sunglasses or jackets.
Guests are free to bring cameras or binoculars to enhance the tour.
Due to limited seating, Schooner Freedom Tours has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this 24-hour window may be subject to the full charge without a refund. View the Schooner Freedom Charters FAQ for more information.
Some tours may be cancelled in the event of bad weather. Guest may reschedule for other planned cruises.

Get involved at Marineland by immersing yourself in creativity and learning! Our Arts and Culture programs present a unique variety of opportunities, whether you want to explore Marineland, discover new facts about marine wildlife, or advance your own artistic skills.
Through our partnership with Ocean Art Gallery, we are able to offer personalized creative workshops that will allow guests to explore our local beaches in an exciting new way. Guided by a professional instructor, our Acrylic Painting and Photography workshops are perfect for both beginners and experienced artists.
In addition to our creative options, we are proud to offer a monthly Lecture Series featuring experts in marine biology, aquatic wildlife and conservation. This exciting and educational program is only available from September through May and space is limited, so make your reservation today!
Plan Your Event
Host your special event at Marineland Dolphin Adventure, where you and your guests will enjoy the beautiful Atlantic coastline and the company of our incredible dolphin inhabitants! We have multiple facilities to suit your occasion, including a tented event pavilion, classroom, conference room, Neptune Park and our Behind the Seas Lounge. Better yet, reserve one of our dolphin encounters for a one-of-a-kind experience. From birthday parties to proposals to weddings, you’re sure to find your perfect venue at Marineland Dolphin Adventure.
Eco Excursion
The excursion starts with a 2.5 kayak tour venturing into the Marineland Matanzas Basin where a Ripple Effect Ecotours expert guide will focus on the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin natural habitat. After a brief lunch break, visitors will walk across the street to Marineland Dolphin Adventure and be immersed in the history and legacy of conservation at this amazing facility.
Program offered seasonally September - May.
Marineland Dolphin Adventure has now partnered with Ripple Effect Ecotours and the University of Florida’s Whitney Lab. This new partnership combines an incredible foundation in research, education, conservation, and natural interpretation with unique access to the southern boundary of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve.

Behind the Seas Tours
Go behind-the-scenes and below-the-decks of Marineland Dolphin Adventure! Our Behind the Seas Tour offers an exclusive backstage look at our facility and animal habitats, and an opportunity to explore our unique and fascinating history spanning over 75 years.
From our beginnings as an underwater film studio to our new, modern facility, Marineland Dolphin Adventure has been creating memories for generations. Along with our many advancements over the years, guests will learn about Marineland’s pioneering work in aquatic animal research and advancement of life support systems for aquatic environments.
Our Behind the Seas tour also features new exhibits with animals native to the Southeast region of the United States, and an opportunity to learn the importance of the Gulf Stream, ecosystems and conservation. Guests will also discover facts about invasive species and their effects on aquatic populations along the eastern seaboard, such as lion fish, green moray eels, jellyfish and lobsters.
