This newly renovated 5 bedroom ocean front house is spectacular.  Away From It All is located on the sparkling white beach and the ocean; in fact, a private walkway connects its ocean front pool and patio to the beach, allowing you to stroll back and forth over the dunes anytime of day or night.



From the rear balcony of Away From It All you have a first-row seat to golden sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean; from the front balcony you can admire lush sunsets over the famed Intracoastal Waterway. And the rest of the 5-bedroom house is designed to ensure your stay is a relaxing, luxurious, rejuvenating one.



When you’re not leaping in the waves, building sandcastles, paddleboarding, or surf-fishing, there’s plenty more fun in the sun to be had right on the house’s grounds, courtesy of the large in-ground pool. After swimming laps or playing Marco Polo, dry off in the sun on one of the poolside chaises, then keep cool in the shade of the screened-in patio. You can dine by the pool as well, courtesy of the tables (complete with sun umbrellas) and chairs. Every day’s a pool party!



The party continues inside the house. With 5 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a formal living room, a formal dining room, and an eat-in kitchen, Away From It All can host 2 families, several couples, and even a reunion of college friends… and of course anyone who likes oceanfront living accented with plenty of elegance.



The 2nd floor is the main living area, home to a large family room. The blue hue of the sumptuous sofa matches that of the sky visible through the wall of windows. There’s room for everyone to nestle together on the couch to watch TV, as well as plenty of space on the floor for the kids to spread out their games and toys.



If you want to have a quiet conversation with a few friends while everyone else is playing charades or watching the big game, you can retreat to the formal living room. Its 2 sofas are as comfortable as they are chic, making this a lovely space to relax with a drink before dinner or to noodle about on the piano--yes, Away From It All even has a piano!



Like the formal living room, the formal dining room proves that comfort and style can go hand in hand. The roomy table seats at least 6, in well-cushioned chairs that encourage lingering over coffee long after the meal is over. From the large window you have a view of the Intracoastal, making this an ideal spot for watching the sunset.



The eat-in kitchen can accommodate 9 diners in all: 6 at the table and another 3 at the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen looks out onto the ocean, which makes eating and cooking a much more scenic affair. The open, airy room is filled with appliances, cookware, prep tools, and tableware, not to mention a wealth of counter and storage space.



Should you want a snack while you’re in the 1st-floor family room or by the pool, you don’t have to trot up to the 2nd-floor kitchen: As well as a TV and comfy seating, the lower-level family room has its own kitchenette, complete with fridge, microwave, and sink. Talk about convenient!



A powder room is located on the 1st floor too, so that you don’t have to drip all through the house when you’re coming in from the pool. Other conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, a 2-car garage plus a large driveway for additional parking, and an outdoor shower so that you don’t track sand from the beach into the pool or the house.



Of the house’s 5 bedrooms, 3 have king-size beds, a 4th has a queen, and the 5th features 2 twin beds. Need more beds? The spacious office has not only a desk for setting up your laptop but also a sofa that opens into a queen-size bed.
