Relax in the private second story pool facing the ocean. 5 Bedrooms on 3 stories sleep 12 comfortably in beds. Equipped with state-of-the-art electronics, WiFi, an elevator, and an amazing kitchen facility, Camelot is designed for a Royal Family!

This large, custom-built home is perfect for families, parties, and vacations of a lifetime. Camelot is immaculately decorated with marble tile, floor-length drapes, hardwood floors, Oriental rugs, fireplace, spacious bathrooms and gigantic closets, all with custom closet systems. Each floor has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The fully equipped, modern kitchen has a spacious pantry, wood cabinetry and tons of granite counter top–making cooking a pleasure. A breakfast bar with several stools encourages the gang to linger and enjoy snacks before taking the feast into the dining room, where a long, polished table makes any meal elegant. Or, dine al fresco on the second story balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean.

The first floor has a huge game room with pool table, a media room, 2 car garage and an office. The second floor dining and living rooms have a gas fireplace and both open onto the balcony and pool deck. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room complete the floor.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which connect via the large balcony facing the ocean. The luxurious master bedroom suite boasts 800 square feet with a wet bar. The Master Bath is huge. 4 Bedrooms have Queen or King beds (the den has a queen pullout). The fifth has twin beds and is perfect for kids. That’s 12 people in beds and you could put 2 kids on the floor in the den on your own air mattresses! (No more than 14 please.)

A single pet is welcome downstairs. No smoking is permitted on the property and the house is child-proofed throughout. A local agent is available for any special needs. A large elevator services all 3 floors.

Camelot by the Sea is on a very private street just across from the immaculate secluded beach. No condos, hotels or commercial activity are permitted. Direct beach access is less than 100 feet away. You will share Crescent Beach only with other homes on this upscale street.
