Frogaritaville

Enjoy the beach from this partial ocean view home. Frogaritaville has a wide range of amenities and accommodates up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms – a King bed, a queen bed, a double bed, and 2 twin convertible beds. We have a full size washer and dryer for your use. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a give and take pantry. To make things even more convenient, there is also a kitchen efficiency on the first floor!

The house alone can keep you entertained. The decor is beach cottage, it’s fun and light. DVD and VCR players, TV, Cable, Stereo. Or you can unplug and enjoy some time at the outside tiki bar, soak in the hot-tub (additional fee of $100 for use of hot-tub), or take a romantic midnight stroll along the moonlit beaches.

Located in beautiful Crescent Beach, Frogaritaville is just minutes by car to St. Augustine, Florida. The historic district in the nations oldest city has a wide variety of must-see attractions. From our beautiful lighthouse to the fort Castillo de San Marco that once protected us, you’ll want to spend a day or 2 on a St. Augustine walking tour. We’ve got farmers markets, national concerts, antique shops, and a huge selection of outlet stores to shop in.

St. Augustine is quick access to most Florida attractions. A few hours or less from everything you want – cruises, swamps, astronauts, theme parks, zoos, professional sports, fishing, golf, flea markets, orange groves, and much much more. There’s a reason Saint Augustine continues to be the most requested vacation rental spot in northern Florida.
This well kept home is in immaculate condition on a quiet dead-end street. It is one short block from the beach with ocean views, sounds, and breezes from the main living area and deck. One-hundred-fifty feet to the beach along a very private walk through the dunes, or two blocks to a vehicular access point. (Yes, it is legal to drive on the beach!) Backyard is decked with six-person hot tub, outside shower, hammock and tiki bar. Two bedrooms (king and double beds) and two baths up, with a separate apartment (one bedroom [queen bed], one bath, living room (with 2 twin beds), and kitchenette) below, which opens to the backyard. Ideal home for two families or for a separate teenager hangout. A house designed for casual beach living and fun!



This is a very quiet part of Saint Augustine Beach, but essential services (markets, drug stores, etc.) are less than two miles. Historic Saint Augustine (the oldest city in the US) is a great cultural treat, and has good shopping and great restaurants. A short 15-minute bike ride into town. The beach is flat, with moderate surf and no currents. Typically great boogie boarding, with good serious surfing in the area. A variety of water craft, from kayaks to sail boats, are available for rent in the vicinity.



It is easily accessible, located exactly one hour south of the Jacksonville airport, and requires only four turns to find.
