Nala’s Retreat

This 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath beautiful home built in 2007 was just recently purchased and completely redecorated with all new furniture and amenities. Wood floors throughout the kitchen, dining room and living areas have been totally restored to bring out the beauty of these areas. The dining room includes an elegant marble top table that comfortably seats 8 people and is accented by a cozy fireplace. The living room includes a new Samsung 65 inch HD smart TV with Direct TV access. Adjustable ceiling fans and lights access these areas to bring out all the comforts one expects while vacationing in St Augustine, FL.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island bar. An additional bar with 2 bar stools separates the kitchen with the living room to provide additional seating areas or just for casual dining. The kitchen area opens up to an elevated outside patio area that includes a new gas grill.

The master bedroom has been furnished with all new furniture and includes the same ceiling fans and lighting options found in all the living areas. A walk-in closet provides ample space for one’s needs. A new Samsung 50 inch HD smart TV with Direct TV access is also there for your enjoyment. The master bath is equipped with his and hers sink/cabinet areas. The master bedroom opens up to an elevated open patio overlooking the backyard.

Each bedroom has been furnished with all new furniture and includes a new Samsung 40 inch HD smart TVs with Direct TV access. Also, included in each bedroom are adjustable ceiling fans and dimming light for a comfortable experience. Each bedroom opens ups to a fenced backyard through an outside patio.

From the living and dining areas French doors opens up to an elegant tiled and railed large balcony. This balcony area is newly furnished on one side with a new outside dining table that seats 4 and a new bar height table with 2 chairs. This area also is equipped with the nice adjustable fans and lighting to experience a beautiful ocean view coupled with the resonance of the ocean waves.

There is a quaint bar/conversation table in the inside tower above the living areas that seats 2 for a unique view of the ocean sunrise or sunset on the river side.

This wonderful retreat is one of a kind? Everything in this retreat is new and is equipped with all the features to ensure a great vacation experience! It may not state “Ocean Front” but do not let this fool you, the views are spectacular. A boardwalk is provided just steps away from the home!
