The only thing separating Peace of Paradise from the beach are the dunes. Well, that and the in-ground swimming pool that runs the width of the house. Surrounded by a dazzling deck populated with numerous lounge chairs, the pool rivals that of a private club--and it is all yours! It is surrounded by a baby gate, which will provide parents peace of mind.

When you are not sunning yourself on the poolside deck, surfing in the ocean, or searching for shells on the beach--you can relax on the expansive 2nd-story balcony. Gaze out at the Atlantic, looking for dolphins and whales beyond the surf. Or maybe you will want to keep cool beneath one of the ceiling fans of the 1st-floor porch. The rhythmic murmur of the waves is guaranteed to relax you.

The interior of Peace of Paradise was designed with relaxation top of mind. The house has not 1 but 2 spacious living rooms, one on each floor. This, along with the wealth of bedrooms (1 with a king-size bed, 3 with queen-size beds, and a 5th with bunk beds), makes the home well suited for multiple families or couples vacationing together: There’s plenty of space for everyone to do his or her own thing as well as for the whole group to gather together.

Both living rooms are decorated in soft hues, with a wealth of wonderfully comfortable seating. And with a TV and board games in each, boredom will not be an issue! Go ahead, sprawl out on a sofa, and treat yourself to a well-deserved midday nap. One of the sofas in the upper level living room opens into a bed for 2, should you have unexpected overnight guests.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are as roomy, comfortable, and lovingly furnished as the rest of the house. The master suite is particularly fabulous. Not only does it open onto its own private balcony, but it also has in its en suite bath a Jacuzzi next to a one-way mirror, so that you can look out at the ocean as you soak without anyone else being able to see in.

The upper-level dining table easily seats 6; there’s room for another 4 at the adjacent breakfast bar. Not to mention a table and chairs on the deck for alfresco dining. A cozy breakfast nook on the 1st floor is just the spot for an intimate meal for 2.

Whether you plan to cook three meals a day or simply mix milkshakes and margaritas in the blender, you will love the open, fully equipped kitchen. Stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and prep tools galore, plenty of tableware. The kitchen has it all. That includes generous storage space; you can stock up on groceries at the beginning of your stay and not have to waste additional vacation time at the supermarket!

By the way, Peace of Paradise has a 2nd Jacuzzi — talk about luxurious! Among its many other amenities are 2 conveniently located powder rooms, and a washer and dryer. And let us not forget the deck and sitting room by the front of the house. Admire the sunrise over the ocean while sitting on the back balcony, then take in the sunset from the front deck. Crescent Beach is right outside your giant sliding-glass door at our condo at Beacher's Lodge 307! This cozy one-bedroom getaway offers an oceanfront patio, kitchen, master bedroom suite and Murphy bed for guests. And the views are just incredible!

Beacher's Lodge 307 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the third floor of a beachfront building just ten miles south of historic downtown St. Augustine. The Intracoastal Waterway is just to the west, with spectacular sunsets and quieter waters for kayaking, canoeing, and walking. And one of northeast Florida's absolute best beaches -- Crescent -- is just yards away, waiting to be explored! (Not to mention Fort Matanzas and all the other local attractions of this history-rich piece of the coast!)

Your favorite spot at Beacher's Lodge 307 is going to be the oceanfront balcony. It is irresistible! You can hear the surf out here, and feel the balmy, salt-tinged breezes. If you're traveling with kids, you'll love this location too, because not only can you watch them in the swimming pool right below you, you can follow their progress down the private boardwalk to the beach -- all without moving from your seat in the cool shade of the balcony!

Our condo is compact but very efficiently designed, with a combined living and dining area (all with a great view of the sea!) and then a private, quiet bedroom. This is ideal if you have small children: just put them down for their nap in the bedroom and you have the entire run of the rest of the condo to enjoy some grown-up time! Or, if one of your party goes to sleep significantly earlier than others, they can get their rest without being disturbed (and nobody needs to tiptoe around!).

The living and dining area contains a Murphy bed that converts to a queen bed for two, a very relaxing easy chair, and a 42" HDTV. The dining table is right next to the sliding glass doors, so you can enjoy the view up close even when you eat indoors. This table also makes a great game or laptop space (you have free community wireless Internet at Beacher's Lodge 307), so break out the cards and enjoy a night "in".

Featuring new granite counters, the kitchenette in our condo is very well appointed, and we have filled the cabinets with dishes, cookware, utensils, and gadgets. The fridge is large enough for all your drinks and nibbles, the microwave and toaster oven stand ready for quick meals, and the stove is handy for home cooking. You just bring the food -- we have got everything else waiting for you!

The main part of our condo is designed for fun and togetherness, while the bedroom is nicely quiet and private. There is a firm, ultra-comfy king-sized bed in this room and a 38-inch HDTV.

The bathroom, with both shower and tub option, is convenient to both the bedroom and the living area. We also have all the linens and towels ready when you arrive and there are is also a shared washer and dryer room within the complex. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the murphy bed too! You can sleep four very easily in our condo! Please note that the laundry facility is down the hall and not in the unit. There is one located on the south end of the second floor and one on the 3rd floor on the north end. The washer and dryer machines are coin-operated and are shared within the entire complex.

If you are used to hotel rooms, you will be amazed at the convenience and spaciousness of Beacher's Lodge 307. Between the balcony, the living area, and the bedroom, there are distinct separate areas, so it is easy to find quiet space or divide the group when everyone wants to do something different.

But the best part of this condo is its location. You are right on the shores of Crescent Beach, with your own personal walkway (and outdoor shower) down to the sands. There are a picnic and barbecue area on the grounds as well, and the swimming pool heated in the winter is fabulous. So much to do without even leaving Beacher's Lodge!

Colony Reef 3101 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo. Colony Reef 3101 has a good selection of amenities including wireless internet. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, from which you have oceanfront views. The secondary bedrooms feature two twin beds in each room.

The living space also provides oceanfront views through the dunes. Mealtime will be a snap in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, and flat top stove among other amenities. Dining space to accommodate everyone.

Located on the south end of Anastasia Island, you can take in stunning views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Numerous parks line this part of the island, with plenty of places to park. You can even drive your vehicle directly on the beach. Fort Matanzas State Park can provide a nice little adventure, with a free boat ride from the National Park Service over to the island fort. Go fishing under the 206 bridge, and no one will ever know you are not a local.

If you’re looking for a little more in your vacation, downtown historic district Saint Augustine is just a few minutes to the north. You can take in the larger fort, Castillo de San Marcos, or an event at Francis Field. The Fountain of Youth, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Saint George Street, Ghost Tours, Romantic Carriage Rides, and so much more.
