About Us
We manage investment properties in St. Johns county Florida, for short term St. Augustine vacation rentals. Our homes are typically in high tourism areas, such as the beaches and downtown. You can use our website to browse our listings of homes and condos. You can also book your rentals directly through the website. Find out more about our rental program in our About section, and add your property to our portfolio.
First Choice Florida agents have a long history in St. Augustine rentals. We’ve been managing properties here since the 90’s, and we understand the needs of the owners and guests alike. The owners of First Choice are also investment property owners, who have their own places listed on our program. That commits them to a higher standard for all the homes and condos we list. Having a close relationship with all our vendors makes this easier.
St Augustine
St. Augustine is located in north east Florida, in the county of St. Johns. The Atlantic ocean lines the entire eastern border. St. Augustine itself sits mid-county, with beaches in both directions. The historic district is therefore easy to access from any of our beach area rentals. Any area where we do have rentals will have easy access to amazing Florida attractions and history.
From the St. Augustine area, Orlando, Tampa, Ocala, Jacksonville, Daytona, Gainesville, in addition to Cape Canaveral all within a day trips range. You can have lunch in a theme park, while back in your rental by dinner. The area here provides plenty of dining opportunities as well, you won’t have to travel far to find what you crave.
