Homes located in the St. Augustine Historic District are handled by the St. Augustine City Police Department. They can be reached by phone at 904-825-1074, and they are located downtown at 151 King St, St. Augustine, FL 32084.

For homes located in Butler Beach, Crescent Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Vilano Beach, or Summer Haven Beach please contact the St. Johns County Sheriff at 904-824-8304. They are located north of the downtown area at 4015 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084
