There is always a re-enactment or cannon firing happening somewhere around town.

Just across the bay you’ll find the Vilano Beach Pier, a popular fishing and boating destination. Plenty of places to put in your boat, or rent a charter.
In addition, St. Augustine is also known for it’s beaches. Fun in the sun, or a romantic walk in the night. Miles of sugar sand beaches stretch across Anastasia Island from St. Augustine Beach south through Summer Haven.
