Set behind the dunes, it is a quiet and safe place for the kids to play. The beach is steps away. You will never get tired of the views, from the sunrise over the Atlantic to the sunsets along the Waterway!
The wraparound deck is the first thing you will fall in love with at Always Dreaming. The deck spans two sides of the house. It is the perfect place to sunbathe, stargaze, and decompress. Watch the waves and inhale that fresh sea breeze! Moon rises are beyond breathtaking, sunrises are stunning! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather in.
Indoor from the deck is the living room, with a high ceiling, a comfortable area that seats everybody, and long windows looking out toward the sea. During the day it is the perfect indoor/outdoor room, with so much light and such beautiful views that it is almost like a second deck. At night, it is cozy and welcoming, with spot lighting and a cozy atmosphere. The outside party deck provides panoramic views every which way you look!
Adjacent to the living area is a long, elegant dining table. What a delight to dine within sight of the ocean, with everyone gathered around! This wide-open area of the house is a great place for getting together for game night, family pictures, conversations, and creating lifetime memories!
The kitchen and breakfast nook are right beyond the dining area, and you will love these spaces. Our kitchen is completely stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils your group needs to cook and serve just about anything, up to and including Thanksgiving dinner! All you need to bring is the groceries! We have all the major and minor appliances and time-savers that will get you out of the kitchen and back on the beach! It is joyful to work in our kitchen, with a central island and large windows over the counter.
There is also plenty to keep everyone occupied at Always Dreaming after a busy day at the beach! With several TVs, all with cable there is no need to debate about what to watch -- there are enough screens to go around for everyone!
Speaking of enough to go around, you will love the spacious sleeping quarters at Always Dreaming. We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, so there's room for everyone. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed in a large beautiful room with spectacular views. The other 3 bedrooms offer multiple full-sized beds. And there is even a sofa sleeper!
At Always Dreaming, we provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, and bath linens. The washer and dryer are at your disposal to keep everything clean and fresh, so feel free to pack light.

Dolphin Cove has river and beach access (beach is 1 block away), but also has a on premises fishing and boat dock with complimentary kayaks; you usually have to choose between a beach or a dock but here you get both! Enormous windows on the second floor offer a constant view of Matanzas Inlet. The second and third floor balconies are fantastic for enjoying breakfast outdoors, reading, watching sunrises and sunsets with frequent dolphin sightings. The first floor outdoor patio is outfitted with a summer kitchen, TV, grill, fire pit, picnic table, and dartboard – perfect for quality time with family and friends.
