Beachside Bungalow resides in Vilano Beach, on Veterans Island. No matter where you are out here, it’s just seconds to the beach. This small, cozy home has 2 bedrooms, and 1 and a half bathrooms. Very beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and great colors, Beachside Bungalow is the kind of place you will tell your friends about.
Vilano Beach sits just outside the downtown historic area of St. Augustine, cross the bridge and you are there. And if you are coming from that way into town, don’t miss a drive down the magnificent Magnolia Avenue, Magnolia Avenue was named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Streets in America by National Geographic! From there, nearby attractions will include The Old Jail, The Fountain of Youth, The Great Cross, Castillo de San Marcos, St. George Street, and more. St. Augustine itself central to the best of Florida, with day trips out to Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, Ocala, Cape Canaveral, Jacksonville, and more.
Vilano Beach itself is a great place for shell hunting. Start at the southern tip, and head north towards Ponte Vedra, through some very secluded beaches that do not get picked over as much. You can watch dolphins in the bay, spend the day fishing, boating, jet skis, and endless other beach and water activities.
Beachside Bungalow is a pet friendly rental home, for small animals. We allow for a maximum of 2 dogs. The house is no smoking indoors, and if you do smoke outside, please do not litter the yard.
You will absolutely love our escape to the sun. A brand-new home is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, giving you access to miles of tranquil, dog-friendly stretches of sand and surf. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for bike riding and evening strolls. There are several restaurants within walking distance, downtown St. Augustine is a just quick drive over the bridge and the Publix market is right down the road. Everything you need is so conveniently located that you really will have time to enjoy your vacation.

The living space spills out onto both a screened, covered porch and a large open deck, giving you plenty of options for sunning, napping, eating outside or having a cocktail to unwind. Second floor living means you are in the treetops, and from there you can listen to the breezes through the leaves and the sound of the surf. It is very private while still being close to all the area's amenities.
The kitchen is generously stocked, has upgraded stainless appliances and lots of counter space. There is a large pantry to tuck away groceries, all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need and even an electric citrus juicer for fresh orange juice in the morning. There is plenty of storage space for your cars and toys in the over-sized garage and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sun. We have stocked plenty of linens and towels for your use, comfy gel foam mattresses with soft bedding and plenty of seating, both inside and out.

The Vilano Beach pier is a 5-minute car drive away (or a 40-minute beach walk), where you'll find a Publix Grocery Store and a mini outdoor mall. A local Post Office, Bait & Gear store, a boat rental facility and gas dock, a local pub, and more restaurants near and on the Intercoastal beach are in the same area. It is a 20-minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass and a 2.5-hour drive to Disney World.
For an additional $175/week or less, the pool can be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees.

2. This property has a strict policy on the number of guests. It allows a maximum of 14 guests, including visitors, at any given time. This limit ensures a comfortable and safe environment for all property occupants.
3. This property permits a maximum of four vehicles, which must be parked only in the garage and driveway (do not block the sidewalk). Visitors and guests are strictly prohibited from parking on the street, sidewalk, grass, or front yard.
4. Boats, boat trailers, utility trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, and travel trailers are prohibited on the premises or in the neighborhood.
5. We have a strict policy against parties or events. This rule is in place to maintain the peaceful and quiet nature of the property, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests and the surrounding neighbors.
6. Loud music is not allowed at the pool or anywhere outside the home at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.
