The 3-level building has a private boardwalk to the beach, a covered grill area and a poolside cabana, as well as elevators. Just a few minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine where there is plenty of food, shopping, and tourist sites. Two of St. Augustine’s best-known restaurants, Saltwater Cowboy’s, and Oasis are right down the street. The Alligator Farm is also close by and boasts a new zip-lining experience.

Historical ghost tours through the old city are always a favorite. Take a sight-seeing cruise around the Matanzas Bay, or a horse-drawn carriage tour, ride the trolley, climb the Saint Augustine lighthouse, and explore the Castillo de San Marcos. There is even a Pirate cruise and a new Pirate and Treasure museum. Dine on the patio of A1A Ale overlooking the bay. Browse the many gift shops and art galleries along and around St. George Street. Check out the historical buildings, like the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse. Rent a jet ski or a Segway.

Do not forget the Fountain of Youth–take some bottled fountain water home to your “old” family and friends! The Saint Augustine Outlet Mall is not far away.
